Linux and FOSS
The current Policy with Linux and FOSS at ventex web designs is we are happy to offer help and advice but are unable to guarantee any support we give.
However the ventex staff are involved in Linux and FOSS community and run ubuntu and Gentoo at home and the office. we are also members of community groups like Linux Owners Group In Newcastle(LOGIN)
OSS projects
Ventex staff are encouraged to get involved in OSS projects:
WUGoss A Gnome app which shows how much you have download, this program is designed for Westnet customers. Which is an Australia ISP that is recommended to our customers.
